ABOUT PRACTICE
Singlets and wrestling gear is not required; suitable attire for practice can be just gym shorts, a T-shirt, and running shoes.
New participants will recieve one-on-one instruction or review on wrestling basics. Participation in any activity is voluntary, so if you don't feel ready for something, you can "sit it out". We try to always keep practice on schedule and under 2 hours.
Practices go by the following format:
- Warm up and stretch
- Wrestling drills and strengthening exercises
- Open and round robin wrestling
- Wrestling instruction
- Practice
- Cool down and stretch
